Notice: Master Account Setup
Please register using an appropriate office email address for your practice.
Do not use personal or individual email addresses for this registration.
After successfully registering the master account for your practice, the master account user can
login and create individual sub-accounts for additional users in your practice.

Please enter the Billing NPI number under which your office is enrolled and under which you submit claims.
Your Billing NPI number may be your office's Type I or Type II NPI depending upon how you are enrolled.
Please also enter the Tax ID or Social Security Number under which you receive IRS reporting information (1099s).
Once you have entered this information, please enter the numbers that you see in the security image,
then click the "Continue" button.
